For the purposes of the application of the relevant European and national legislation (Reg. EU 679/2016, henceforth Regulation), we inform you that the website www.upcycle-project.eu does not process personal data, with the exception of the data explicitly provided by the visitor through the contact form https://www.upcycle-project.eu/contacts/: these data are used exclusively to answer the visitor's questions, and are not used for further contact or sending material or information.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

As a data subject, you may at any time request from the Data Controller:

As a data subject, you also have the right to object in whole or in part:

for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending communications designed to promote educational initiatives and events of Politecnico di Milano.

If you believe that your rights have been violated by the controller and/or a third party, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data and/or other competent supervisory authority under the Regulations.
